All these reviews are fake and forged. I had very very bad experience with this service provider. I booked and signed agreement paper on June 15th 2013 (one month earlier) for my RAV4 to transport from Des Moines to San Diego on July 15th 2013 and asked me to pay $800. When, Service Provider (Jacky) wanted to sign agreement paper. She called me several times to sign agreement paper, after that Service Provider forgot to communicate and did not bother for any things. Whenever, I was asking for the date, time, driver name and other details for the transport they said will tell you only two days ago. I waited and also tired for making numbers of call and asking them when you guys really going to transport. I gave them liberty of transport in between July 12 to 15th (almost 4-5 days) still they did not tell me even on July 15th morning. Then I was feeling nervous, cheated and at the same time worried too because my wife had flight on next early morning. You know what on July 15th I was so tired making number of call to them. July 15th afternoon, they showed up their real face of dishonest and cheater kind of and suddenly asked me to pay $925 beside $800. I did not have any other options because of time constrain and unavailability of person in Des Moines to give the key because next early morning my wife had flight and next to next day I had appoint for my surgery. So, I decided to pay $925 and you know when I agreed to pay $925 within an hour provider told me the driver name and timing all the details. They cheated $125 this money does not matter for me but what is the bigger problem they gave that was lots of tensions, pain and also not fulfill any promise what service provider did. They give me lots trouble and just making false promise. I did not recommend any body to use Tropical Auto transport LLC for any kind of service.

Jay, I can guarantee you not one of these reviews are fake. I can provide you with all the proof in the world to show you they are legitimate. Do not defame my company based on mislead assumptions. You need to understand how this industry works before leaving a review like this. We explained to you that we are giving you the option to add additional funds. We were in no way forcing you to pay this amount. We explained to you we could wait for another driver to be in the area or if you would like to book this driver for this price, and that is what you chose. We did not cheat you out of any money. We simply forwarded the funds the driver required. Thank you.
