Never having done this before, I was really anxious about the idea of the transport. Kim provided me ALL the info I needed up front and totally eased my fears. She was transparent about pricing and everything else. During the transport she even provided me updates on where my car was along the way. Kim was amazing, and totally friendly! She felt more like a partner in my move than a mere service provider. Thanks Kim!
