I contacted Tru Auto Transport, Inc. to move my husband's Subaru Forester 2010 from Lake Forest, CA to Monroe, WA. Kim was super clear about the options to ship the car and the prices. She even gave me a cost frame depending on the date I needed the car there. We arranged it to be picked up from a friend's house because we were on vacation. She explained what was going to happen each step of the process and she said she'd keep me informed where the car was.
After reading many reviews about this and other companies, I was a little bit skeptical. But she did exactly as she said she would. No surprises, no unexpected changes!. The car was picked up on time and we received it here on time, too. It was in perfect condition. Not a scratch!.
I would definitely recommend Kim's company. She was really professional in the service she provided us with!
