Good Morning Kim,

I would like to take this time to thank you for your speedy and timely delivery of my Mother in Law’s 2002 Hyundai Sonata. Everything that was promised was delivered upon from the pickup date to the drop off and at the correct location before time, now that is SERVICE. Ms. Kim I know that this is your business and you do run it well but, without your help and guidance it could have taken longer to move the Sonata. You took the time to walk me thru what I had to do, made calls to me on the weekend to ensure that I was informed of everything at all times.

The gentlemen from Carolina Trans LLC that delivered the vehicle was very courteous and knew his job. He ensured that the vehicle was removed from the transit truck with care and stored in the correct location provided for by the auto shop. He also did a walk thru with me for any damage that may have occurred in transit and had photos from pickup date so that I could see if the vehicle had sustained any other damage since pickup. This is a TOP-NOTCH company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is moving their Automobile or whatever they drive.
