I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO REFUND THEIR DEPOSIT.......This review was written by Patricia Martinez of Las Vegas NV......wife of Mike Zalazar-Navarro of Las Vegas NV..... Mike, a previous customer, placed an order for a transport for an OPERABLE JAGUAR. I always ask does it run and drive? Mike said yes, for sure it does. The car has no issues. Silly me, I believed him....the driver went to the auction....meaning he drove there with gas that he paid for......waited in line for about 75 minutes...to find out the car does not drive.... it is all smashed up...it has no brakes.... it is leaking transmission fluid.....oil.... AND GAS - yes, it is leaking gas...A car can blow up that is leaking gas...and the wheels are locked up...it is in Lot 600..... which they told the driver is the UNSAFE lot...this driver said no way and canceled the order....driver requested $50 for his time and I had no issue sending him $50 via Paypal....I called Mike to discuss how we could get the next driver....I asked him if he had a forklift ,as that is the only way to get a car off a truck that does not roll with locked wheels....He said no......I told him that the auction had all of these issues listed on the advertisement.....I said Mike - they told the driver you knew all of this and showed him the listing....Mike was silent on the phone.....I was VERY upset that he lied to me. Mike knew all of the issues I listed about the car and he lied to me about the situation. Mike called me back and said I hired someone else.... refund my wife's credit card. I told him I would not refund his money. I spent time hiring the driver. I spent time after the driver left trying to beg the carrier not to give me a negative rating. I told them for sure I did not know about the issues. This was a previous customer, so I trusted what he told me. So no Patricia Martinez, I am not refunding your deposit. No, this was not me trying to make a quick buck. Quick? This ordeal went on for hours today. I do not work for free. Although in this case I am.....$100 deposit minus $50 to the driver. That leaves $50 - I spent hours on this mess today. So I am wrong, I am working for free on this order. In fact, overall, it will cost me money...... Gas to fill a transport truck is not free. Drivers get paid for their time. Patricia is disputing her credit card charge and writing bad reviews about me online. That seems fair. We can all figure out what Mike did.....he hired another broker - did not tell them about the issues and now another driver will be going through the same mess tomorrow.....To respond to Patricia Martinez Zalazar's accusations.......I did not yell at you - I was explaining what happened and you refused to listen........I did not insult you. I did not call you names. I DID immediately say I would NOT refund your deposit. You said- -what? did you just refuse to give me back my money? I said yes, I am refusing to refund the deposit..You said you were going to dispute your credit card charge if I did not. I said that was fine with me. I am very professional - to customers that do not lie about their vehicles..trying to get away with a lower price for an inoperable car is just wrong..Moral of the story.... DO NOT LIE.
