From the initial contact by e-mail and then by phone, Kim Foster did a superb job of getting me through the process. She was helpful, knowledgeable. The price quoted was quite reasonable. The date the car was to be picked up was on-time. Her driver was courteous. She kept me informed by e-mail or phone every step of the way. It could not have been a better experience
