Now lets be truthful and state all the facts about this shipment, we don't need our troops saying lies on the internet, it makes our country look worse then it already is right now. We have 3 family members with the armed forces, and we treat everybody with respect. So here are the facts you left out, and you didn't know about.
First, yes our emails did go to junk mail as our system was being updated that we were unaware of at that time, there was miscommunication on that part with the carrier and we have taken steps so this doesn't happen anymore. Once that error was found a couple days later, we found another carrier same day. Yes they did breakdown but it was not serious, it was only a 24 hour breakdown. In that time you called the carrier complaining multiple times saying rude things to the carrier about the breakdown, it took us 30 minutes just to make you calm down after you called us about the breakdown. Now the part the customer left out was the carrier didn't want the load anymore because the customer was so rude and threatening and the carrier didn't know what to expect at delivery. So they canceled on us because of that and we explained to the customer that the breakdown was more serious instead of saying how rude he was to the carrier. Now we get a third carrier, and yes you rush us saying how important it is to get your vehicle, keep in mind this is all during our time frame still and each time we get a carrier its very quickly, we never say "oh well". The carrier had delays, too many variables to explain. That's why all dates are estimated and carriers are instructed to call 24 hours and 2 hours in advance. For being under 1 day late is not bad. Figure 10 vehicles on the trailer, and weather and traffic delays and inspections to go thru en route. Trust us, one thing we don't lack is communication, and we were always prompt, and everything else your not stating correctly in the end of your statement just doesn't fit our profile. 1 last thing, you say you ship frequently but keep switching brokers??? That's odd, as we have many repeat customers, and they still come back to us when things go wrong which in this business, it does happen. That's the whole point of hiring a broker. I surely wouldn't want to do business with this guy again, he is a disgrace to our country. God bless him and our troops
