Some routes are tricky, and we are truly sorry that some shipments do not get picked up within the estimated time frame. This truck was 55 years old, had dry rotted tires, and when chained/strapped down, alot of times tires will become flat over a 3000 mile trip. Its common with old vehicles and dry rotted tires. We are sorry the carrier had communication issues, we wish all the carriers out there had a professional customer service dept, but that is not the case as most drivers are o/o's.
