My BMW was picked up on time from Tampa,Fl. on a Wednesday with an estimated delivery to Connecticut on the following Monday.
Candice, my customer service rep, was always responsive with itinerary and payment questions I may have had via e-mail getting back to me promptly!
My BMW was surprisingly delivered two days earlier on the following Saturday morning delivered right to my home!
The driver was very efficient and helpful with the delivery process calling me to set up a delivery time the day before and again 15 minutes before he arrived.
All in all a very smooth and well executed experience, definitely recommend Truck It Transport! Will use again in the future.
BTW, compettive pricing on shipment was welcome as well.
