Absolutely no update on the fact that they did not transport my car until I had to reach them out first about what happened. When I emailed them, they responded saying that no carrier was available to pick up my car on that day. Seriously? They go on with so many other unacceptable blabs about how I should call them and emails tend to delay the communication, but the fact is they didn't even bother to use email to communicate with me. Don't become their customers if you don't want to do the work for them AND waste your time.
