Whatever you do do not ship your vehicle with this company. One of their carriers cargo and my BMW from Las Vegas to Orlando Florida from January 29 to February 1. As of today March 17 I have been getting the runaround for the damages caused on the roof of my BMW. I was giving a insurance certificate shin and Progressive denied my claim because they said I have to go through Kingsdale no one has the number for Kingsdale insurance. Then when I call for drivers insurance I keep getting a voicemail it’s been over six weeks and nothing has been done to my car do not go to this company.
