I asked for my trailer to be picked up Monday, the driver told me he thought I wanted delivery by Monday, that was fine, I rushed over to the unit and stocked it up on October 30th and the driver picked it up at 8 am Halloween night 2015 and said he was leaving for California that day(10/31/2015). the next day I assumed it would have arrived later that afternoon, neither the driver of true price transport answered my husband or my calls for 48 hours. The drive takes 13 hours understand drivers can only go a certain time or mileage. I was about to call the unit in as stolen and left a message to the driver and true price. The driver finally responded and said he hadn't even left phoenix yet (11/2/2015). This was 2 days after he told me he was leaving. I have no idea where my trailer was for the 48 hours and never got answers about that. I called customer service where I was mocked. The representative said "Do you watch shipping wars?, you should have just called them to ship your trailer". It was a big joke to everyone. The trailer arrived 11/3/15 to its destination. The trailer had scrapes as if it was side swiped along the sides on the main slide. I am in the process of filing a claim for the damage. The emails sent by True Price Transport will tell you to call anytime, but no one will answer if they know there is a problem. Its not a coincidence that you call from a different number and they magically answer. They do not handle anything, they told me they would call me back on multiple occasions to solve issues and never did. The driver they contracted arrived to the destination and questioned my neighbor for payment, totally unprofessional and unnecessary because I had already paid in full. The customer service rep that made the shipping wars joke, threatened to put our trailer in storage and put a lien on it when I asked them if they could make it right by reducing the price, which they didn't, I still paid the full price. The lack of communication and professionalism of this company was unbelievable. I wish I could undo this mess that True Price Transport had put me through. I thought this was a legit, safe, reliable company and I was truly mistaken.
