True Price transported my Mom's trailer(who is 72 yrs old) a fews weeks ago and damaged it when it was picked up. True Price has been giving her the run around saying it is the company they hired(Jerry's Auto Haul) responsibility and Jerry's Auto is saying it is the driver or owner of the Truck responsibility. True Price has not been helpful at all in resolving this matter and is passing the buck by telling my Mother to contact these other companies. She hired True Price and they should be handling getting this resolved with whomever and not have my Mom calling all of these people and getting the run around. If not resolved I will hand this over to our family lawyer to get this resolved.
