Jeff was very conscientious and courteous throughout. There was a problem with the load assist (not the truckers fault) at our end. Jeff was very courteous and patient and arranged for another pick-up within just a few days. It felt like Jeff took ownership of our haul personally and made it his business. I have waited weeks for my haul to be picked up with other outfits. Not so with True Price Transport. It was prompt and courteous, even after they had my deposit money. And that is the test!'
