It was unfortunate that my hired driver decided he didn't want to do his job any longer and the company brokered was not the greatest at communicating. After being through so much with another company prior to this, I did go with someone else. Kelly was very nice throughout and refunded my money. Truly wish things went different and I could give them a better review.
