I contacted Trusted First and the rep, Charles, is a very good salesman. First, he explained how the shipping and fees worked and said if I wanted my car there in my time frame I would have to up my "bid" another $150. I did because I was promised it would be at my destination when I landed. The night I landed, I contacted the driver and he was still in TEXAS! After days of calling the driver and hearing excuses as to why my car is arriving late, he finally called me on Saturday (3 days after the contracted delivery date) just to tell me he injured himself and will drop the car off on Sunday. On Sunday, I called him and he left town to go pick up another car and would drop off my car later that afternoon, which he finally did - 4 days late!
I called Trusted First Auto and Charles told me I should get a partial refund and he would work on it and call me. I never heard from him. I called a few times and kept getting excuses and the "I'm working on it" excuse.
Stay away from these guys! They'll rip you off and not deliver on their promises!
