I contracted with Trusty Transport after waiting for two weeks for a truck through 4 Corners Transport. I had originally had Trusty recommended to me by a friend, but the quote was about the middle of the road for cost, so I opted for the other company with a lesser quote and higher review score. That turned out to be a disaster. I contacted Robbie and advised him of the predicament that the other company had put me in and he had my vehicle scheduled for pick up within 72 hours. They don't do business by phone but all questions that I addressed through email were answered within an hour.

The big problem that I ran into with 4 corners was that they would find a truck, then required immediate contact with me before making the deal, then taking a deposit before loading the vehicle, which was ultimately the downfall of doing business with them. That was a non-issue with Trustytransport. I let Robbie know that I needed my car on a truck ASAP; he found a truck, assigned it the load, car was picked up and I paid the driver the total amount, including whatever the profit is that Trustytransport makes on the deal. The business end of the deal was painless. No need to bother with making a deposit, or giving credit card info over the phone.

The price of transport really does reflect the service that you receive. It was worth every penny additional over the other quote for the level of service I received.

The only thing that I was unhappy about was how dirty the outside of the vehicle was upon delivery, but with the weather this time of year, I don't feel that the driver had any control over it.
