Customer placed order for $400 less than it should have been. We had a typo. We declined the order and apologized for the typo immediately. Customer wanted us to honor it. We declined. We offered to do it for $50 less than the quote should have been. He declined and paid another carrier $100 more than we offered. Posting a bad review because of a typo is childish. We do not higher mentally challenged people. We higher US military veterans and support the Wounded Warriors Project. AND are damn proud of it.
