Gave this customer a quote and heard from him a week later mad because we didn't load it. He never placed an order with us. I think he got us confused with a broker. Very nasty on the phone. Wanted his deposit back but we don't take deposits. He kept insisting he talked to Kevin but we do not have a Kevin here. I will assume once he see's his credit card bill from whatever broker he hired he will figure it out. I don't know if he is easily confused or just an idiot but being cussed at for no reason is not acceptable.
