Excellent experience. 1 day early. Carrier called me twice and left message for me to call them. I wasn't home. When I couldn't be reached, they called Raven and she was able to contact me. I called Robbie Anderson and he gave me Driver tel#. When I called the driver, I explained that I wasn't home and couldn't get home until 30mins. He explained he was calling to set up pickup time, whatever worked best for me.We set up time. He answered all my questions. Raven stated everything went smooth on her end (Nevada) and that she was satisfied.
Just 1 complaint, which is not really a complaint. I was getting emails stating they were not a broker, but a private family ran business. Despite what they say, they appear to be a broker and I knew this before I accepted (I did some investigation). My Holy Spirit kept leading me back to this company, so I went with them. If I ever have to transport again, Trusty Transport will have my business.
