Picked up a day before scheduled pick up in Texas. That wasn't a problem for me. Delivered on time in New York. Hassle free. I updated the name of the person the vehicle needed to be delivered to, after it shipped. Contacted Robbie about this. It was taken care of. No questions asked. I highly recommend Trusty Transport and I will use their services again.
