I confirmed with this company, after they assured me they had their own trucks and was NOT a broker, to move my car and they promised to have someone pick up the car within a few days. I heard nothing so I reached out and Robbie said the driver would call, still nothing, I reached out again and he said the truck was broke down. Another day passes and I asked if he had another truck and he said no, so I canceled the order. I contracted with another company. The following day a truck showed up at my house and loaded my car and I realized at the last second they were sent by Trusty and not the new company (driver did not speak much english), so he unloaded the car. Evidently when you contract with a broker they have a national board. Because Trusty will not take down the order on my car, the new company cannot get a driver to pick up until he takes the order down. I tried several times to call/text/email to no response at all. This is NOT a company anyone should be using.

Complete liar. We took his contract and assigned to truck#14 three hours later. Driver set appointment and next morning got in an accident. We told the customer we could have another truck in 24 to 36 hours (it is a regular route for us) He had a broker tell him he could load that day and took a credit card deposit that he said he wouldn't run until loading. Of course being a broker he ran it immediately. The next day our driver loaded and customer called broker to cancel and found out broker already ran their visa and still had it posted on the Load Board. They wanted us to take the contract from the broker and take less money so that they wouldn't lose $150. Of course we said no. He then twists this around and said he will remove rating if we refund him $100. Complete liar.
