The customer did not inform us that it was a modified trike. Much wider than a standard trike. We promptly sent a truck 2 days after rec. order and driver could not fit into trailer. We sent a van 3 days later and also could not fit. Dealer informed us that with large custom trikes like this you have to treat it as an enclosed car. We offered to move it in and enclosed car carrier at cost and the customer flipped out talking about being an advocate lawyer and if we didn't want bad reviews to move it at a loss. He said he would make sure all of his "California friends" knew not to use us. He then went and hired a broker to sell his contract for $300 more than we offered to do it for. Boy he really showed us didn't he ? Maybe in the future he and his "California Friends" could tell us upfront that it was not stock but customized and try not to get something for free.
