This was my first auto shipping experience and it was interesting! I had no idea how competitive it was! The first quote I got was from a highly reviewed company that was very aggressive. They warned me of lower priced companies and how unscrupulous they are. Then among the offers I got one from Trusty Transport. It was hundreds less than the others for a move from MA to ID. Being wary of such a low quote I called to talk to them and they sounded low-key and honest with no pressure. I saw that they had some bad reviews, but also that each one had a very logical and reasonable explanation in their response. I went for it. I was told it would be 48 hours to get picked up, and sure enough, it was. That was Friday. I was told it would be here by the next Friday. Imagine my surprise on Monday morning when the driver calls and asks if I can meet him at 1pm THAT DAY! Uh, yeah! It was in great shape, driver was friendly, and no up charges! I had q great experience, and would use them again. Communication can be a little slow but they get the job done. Very pleased!
