Trusty Transport Does Not Live Up To Their Name

We had sold our hourse in California and placed an online order for our move to North Carolina with the first available date being one week later. This company only deals online and you can never get in contact with a live person. Our order was large - 5 cars and 2 motorcycles (we were assured by email that all items would be shipped on the same truck). When I emailed that the pickup had been missed, we were assured that a pickup for the cars would occur two days later, and the motorcycles could be picked up that day. We had to be out of our house that day so we had to store the cars and were essentially homeless while waiting for transport. The promised day arrived and no transport showed up for the cars. We cancelled the order online and went with another company. The dispatch from Trusty showed up at the same time our new company got a truck to us. We advised the drivers that the order had been cancelled. This shows that the company does not communicate with the contracted drivers either. We would never recommend this company to anyone.
