Terrible experience

The greatest frustration I had with Trustytransport is that they simply would not get back to me and give me SOME idea when my car would be picked up. Also, you can never reach anyone there by phone. My email below summarizes the situation. I also filed a complaint with the Northern Arizona Better Business Bureau. Moving across the country is nerve wrecking enough without such "trusty" services! Apparently they are cheaper than other services (their quote was $815) but that's definitely not worth the hassle.

Robbie,

It has now been a whole week since I last heard from you, and 10 days since the initially targeted pick up date for my car. This is inacceptable, and I have had it with your so-called "TRUSTY" transport. I have found another, really reliable car transporter, and I will let the Better Business Bureau know about my dissatisfaction with your company. Probably you should not offer a service that you cannot deliver.
