Very poor customer service & lack information for customers

This is the first time I used the transport service to move my car from Federal Way, WA to Houston, TX. Frankly saying that the first time I know about Trusty Transport. Reading most reviews about Trusty Transport in this website, I saw Trusty Transport was not bad. Anyway that impression totally disappeared at the end. With all info about my car (Toyota Camry 99) & pick-up & delivery info provided to Trusty Transport, I received a reasonable quote from Robbi (Trusty Transport). I carefully email to her to make sure any hidden costs, tax, insurance, etc. & she answered so fat after that to confirm all my answers as follows:

Subject: I had to pay more than what I have to!
Dear Robbie,
I just received my car tonight at Houston after I flew there at 6:00pm. I don't know why Alex, the distpatch (driver) asked me that I had to pay him $756.00 instead of $696.00 as you had confirmed me before. I did pay him the full amount he asked me after another guy from Alex's company "threatened" me that "if you don't pay my driver the full amount on his paper work, we throw your car into storage, OK?". He also continued "If you have problems, phone TrustyTranspoprt".
Please examine my case & why I have to pay the amount extra that you haven't mentioned before!

I don't process your order. The girl who handles data entry does. Legally we could have charged you $5,800. When something comes in wrong she either checks the current rate sheet or asks the dispatch manager what the correct charge is.
& here's my reply to her after that:
Dear Robbie,
Something is not right right here. Your system asks about the cost of my car & $5,800.00 is the price I bought that car & that's is. Another thing is ridiculous when you told me "I don't process your order. The girl ...". I asked myself that if I could know everyone in your business when I place an order to prevent something like "I don't process your order & ...". I placed a lot of order on line, but I haven't seen something weird like this shipping order. An extra of $60.00 is just small change, but the result that you offered to me really further ... than what I expected: your really ... worst business. You showed us how you care your customers. If you do business like that way, you only deal with me once & if other people know the way you treat customers like that, they quit.
I also have a business & although I have a lot of difficulties, I've never treated my customers like your way. Any way, thanks for "showing" me your business this time. Never doing business again. And of course, avoid other people having problems like me, I've commented what happended to my shipping order in customer reports.
So if you intend to do place an order @ Trusty Transport, please check every thing to avoid my situation!
