Vehicle sat for two weeks and was never picked up. ZERO COMMUNICATION!!!! They don't even have a phone number to call, everything is done by email. The only answer I ever got was "we're working on it".
I finally canceled and went with Hilton Auto Transport and could not be happier. I placed my order online late Monday night. They called me the next morning and said they would call back when they found a truck. ONE HOUR LATER she had a truck scheduled and he picked it up that night!
Just remember you get what you pay for! Hilton was about $300 more, but had my car on a truck in about 18 hours. These companies are all brokers. They put out a price to move a vehicle and the truckers decide witch one to take. If they see a vechicle for $500 or one for $750 wich one do you think they will take? If I would have stayed with "Trusty" my car would still be sitting there. Learn from my mistake. Save yourself a lot of time and agrivation and pay a little more to go with a well respected well reviewed company. I recomend Hilton, but I'm sure there are others out there as well. One thing is for sure, STAY AWAY FROM TRUSTY!!!!
