This note is to thank Todd and Nicole for the outstanding service they provided to us recently. My husband and I were having majors problems arranging for the move of a vehicle purchased in Los Angeles to Fort Lauderdale, until Todd stepped in and settled all issues in a very efficient and competent way. Without Todd's involvement , the problems would not have been solved to our satisfaction. The assistance provided by Todd in liaising with the seller of the vehicle in LA was well behond our expectations .We were able to reach Todd by phone at all times, including late in the evening. Our phone messages were always returned promptly. Todd provided us with excellent service throughout the whole process. We would be pleased to recommend Todd for his strong commitment to quality customer service.
