After dealing with Premier Transport for 3 weeks wondering if the car was picked up or not, I decided to contact Truthful Transport. I was very suspect because of their name, But I was never more impressed with Nicole professionalism. Everytime I called I could hear the phones ringing off the hook behind her as I realize she was the only one answering the phones. Even though I could tell she was VERY busy trying to get things done she always treated me as I was her top priority. Everything she said was TRUE. She did less than 1 week that EVERYBODY else said it would take 2-3 weeks to do. After calling her I received my non running car from Virginia to Michigan in less than 1 week. I would highly recommend this company, and Nicole because she gets things done.
