I was recommended Truthful Transport and I can see why it was so highly recommended! Nicole answered my call with such a professional, welcoming personality. I did not know much about getting a car transported and she was incredibly patient with me and very knowledgeable. I could tell Nicole truly cared about me and was an honest person, I felt really comfortable trusting her for my transportation needs. Once I was assigned a driver I received a phone call letting me know of when he would arrive and if I needed him I could feel free to call him. The driver arrived promptly and was great!
The day I received my car I got a call from the driver earlier in the day letting me know when he would be arriving. Once again, He arrived right on time with a smile on his face!
This had been an incredible experience from the moment I spoke with Nicole on the phone to the moment I received my car. Phenomenal customer service, absolutely wonderful experience!
