Tucker has great customer service! I spoke with Andrew over the phone; he seemed knowledgeable and honest. He walked me through the whole moving process, and helped me through some misunderstandings I had about the transport reservation process, and even offered me the chance to cancel my contract with no penalty. Awesome service! Although in the end I wound up going with another transporter, Tucker will definitely be on my radar in future moves. Thanks guys!
