The customer service and constant communication that I had with the Sale Representative, Bradford Chase, while shipping this car was amazing. I had changed pick up locations and had other challenges that he worked with to keep cost the same in one situation and in the other almost the same cost. I had 2 cars shipped with Tucker within 2 weeks. One care was a fixer upper and the other was my " dream car" One car shipped from out of the way location in Huntington West Virginia. Mr. Chase worked very hard to find a trucker to pick up and transport for a very low cost. Both drivers that Tucker worked with where wonderful, honest, and timely. Bradford Chase at Tucker Logistics went above and beyond when I was having troubles getting the car from West Virgina and the notarized title back from the seller in West Virginia. He coordinated with the truck driver to even help me get the title from the sellers home! My 2nd Jeep Wagoneer that came from New York the trucking company that Tucker Logistics worked with was so honest that I accidentally made the cashiers check for $50 over the amount due. I was able to call and they promptly sent me a check in the mail a few days later. If I were to ship anything again I highly recommend Tucker Logistics and Bradford Chase, Sales Rep, because all the communication made a world of difference.
