** DO NOT use this COMPANY** We contacted Tucker Logistics to have my vehicle moved from NJ to CA. They told us the price would be $200 broker fee and $1250 for the transport. They charges my father's credit card for $1450 twice and we gave the driver $1250 cash because he would not release the car unless he was paid. He had a contract with Tucker Logistics that said Cash on Delivery COD and he planned on holding my car hostage until we gave it to him. When contact Tucker Logistics about the refund Don Dishert promptly told my Dad he would refund his credit card no problem. When looking at the credit card statement online it in fact showed 2 charges of $1450. Now they will not cooperate with us in refunding the money. We contacted our credit card company to file a claim for fraudulent charges and will be contacting the appropriate authorities.
