I contacted Tucker Logistics after researching several companies to transport my Harley-Davidson Softail from Florida to Delaware. Tucker Logistics’ customer service was very personable, polite, and knowledgeable. Customer service explained their process and answered any and all questions I had which quickly put my mind at ease and confirmed that I had contacted the right company for the job. Also, the price I was quoted was extremely reasonable. My bike was picked up extremely fast, and was loaded correctly and with extreme care in their enclosed trailer. The driver was so nice and took great care of my precious shipment. Upon delivery I thoroughly inspected my bike and there was not any damage whatsoever. What really surprised me was the bike wasn’t even dirty or dusty either! Both pickup and delivery were on time, and I was informed every step of the way. Everyone at Tucker Logistics was so nice and knew exactly what they were doing. They take great care of their shipments and I would not hesitate to use them again. I definitely would recommend using Tucker Logistics for any and all of your valuable shipping needs.
