I wasn't in a hurry to have this vehicle moved. I talked with Dylan that it wouldn't matter if it took 20 days or more. I was surprised that a driver was able to pick up the vehicle the very next night and deliver it here in two days. the price never changed, there were no hidden costs to get my vehicle off the carrier. the company that transported my car was ocha trucking. I was impressed with the overall communication and service. I didn't have to go out of my way to do anything but pick up the vehicle from less than a mile away, because the apartment i live in doesn't allow semi's to drive into the property. Dylan was very helpful in getting my quote locked in and finding a carrier. the pick up time was 3 hours late, but like i said i wasn't in a hurrry and I understand that loading other vehicles can take more time and some less. I researched prices and other companies, I was overwhelmed with cut throat companies calling me and emailing me quotes. I didn't feel pushed while communicating with Dylan and Nick. I would definitely use turn key in the future. Casey also handled my broker fee and it was exactly what was discussed. I was hesitant in giving my card info over the phone, but I have no regrets now. I also liked the fact these guys answer their cell phones, so to be reached even after office hours. thanks for being a professional and honest company. the head ache ended when i knew my vehicle was picked up and loaded.
