After a little confusion (on my part) in the shipping brokerage process, Casey Harrington explained the process which put me at ease and I was pleased in the end. The Transporter "Great River Transportation" were very easy to work with. They ran into a little trouble originally with a blizzard in Ill. which delayed the delivery, but that isn't avoidable. Mother nature has a habit of throwing a wrench in the works from time to time. In the end, The delivery was only a few hours late which wasn't a problem, (I was flexable) and they not only unloaded the vehicle promptly But assisted me in loading the vehicle on my own trailer at the transfer location. Thank you Casey ( Turn Key Transportation) and thank you Heidi and Jim w/ Great River Transportation. I would reccommend either co. services to a friend.
