We transported this car for the dealership, who promised the customer the car at a certain time. About the time they assigned it to us, we told them that the vehicle would not get there until 3 days. But the dealership never related this to the customer. When he was told of the drop off date, he was upset because the dealership promised him a certain date. We told him we would try to get it by mid nite but were unable, due to log in driving hours, so we dropped the car early the next morning. The part about the driver being DRUNK is very sad that someone would accuse another person that doesn't even drink of such thing. Because he wanted the full amount refunded and didn't, he stated he would do anything to make my company look bad. This rating is not accurate and should be removed.
