Damaged my Corvette, admitted to damage, refuse to repair! Horrified!!!

Damaged my 2005 Corvette as they unloaded the vehicle. Sat right there and watched in horror as the driver dragged the rear end on the asphalt. Damaged exhaust. During transport the front bumper was damaged as well with a 1" hole. Driver admitted causing all damage and apologized. "Edgar", the owner said it was damaged "because there were personal items on the passenger seat" making it too heavy to transport. Then why did you pick it up? Nothing was on the passenger seat...it is a Corvette! Even his driver acknowledged he damaged my car on the Bill of Lading and then signed it! Edgar has refused to pay for damages! Photos and reports available to prove all of this! Don't take the risk!!!!
