Do not use this company unless you're fine with strangers driving your car around for joy rides for 200 miles!!!! They picked up my car on Tuesday telling me it would arrive Friday or Saturday. I called for 5 days in a row after that asking where my car was and I was told it was in a the warehouse everyday until Saturday. That bothered me a little but I was going to deal with it if it was in a safe place...but it wasn't. This was a convertible CPO Lexus purchased from an authorized Lexus dealer in Wisconsin with an odometer reading of 57,368. When it arrived to me 8 days later the odometer read 57,545. Where did those almost 200 miles go in between?!?! Worst part is that the manager Darius played dumb....but what's done is done so I told him to discount the price $1 per mile driven to right this wrong and he refused. I settled for a $120 discount because the driver was so polite despite his boss Darius being a total idiot. If it weren't for the drivers complete politeness I would have driven off with the car without paying a dime to that crook Darius! NO ONE AUTHORIZED JOY RIDES IN MY CONVERTIBLE there could have been an accident!
