This customer was told from the very first phone call that both his orgin and destination were very remote area's and his pick up could take up to 2 weeks. He called in everyday for status and everyday we answered all of his questions and continued to work on his shipping.
Mr. Jones booked his shipping on 3.30 and canceled on 4.7. He gave us only 7 complete days to work on his shipping after we requested 2 weeks. As a broker we do everything in our power to accommodate all of our clients but unfortunately some routes are not as common as others and take longer.
