Pickup and Delivery was on time as promised. We were given a 3 day window for pick up and the vehicle was picked up on the third day, but still within time frame. Extremely satisfied with promptness and customer service. We had some items in the trunk and carseat traveling with vehicle and everything was right where we left it in the vehicle when it arrived. We got a call from the company a couple days before it was delivered and the morning of so that we were aware of the status of our vehicle and could make arrangements to meet them.
