This company and driver are a embarrassment to all hard working members of the Auto Transport Industry
The driver agreed to a price to transport my vehicle from Ohio to Las Vegas. Midway through the transport, I get a call from Vladymir(driver) trying to renegotiate the original price(from 650, to 675). When I disagreed that's when the problems started. Vladymir called numerous times to changed delivery times, very discourteous, hanging up the phone, argumentative and outright rude. Vladymir threatened to leave my vehicle at a unknown location, using profanity and left me in fear of damage at his hands. The delivery was late by two days, and delivery was at night, very difficult to observe damage.
Vladymir is a disgrace and should be fired.This guy is forgetting, that he only stays in business by being punctual and respecting the customer.
I have transported numerous vehicles from coast to coast NEVER, NEVER have I ever been so disrespected or frustrated by a drivers actions.
