These guys are horrible. They were late to pick up our car. Ed promised a Thursday delivery. Thursday came and went. The driver, Hasan (I call him that b/c he can't speak a lick of English), called on Friday and needed directions to our house (he was about 8 miles away). I gave him directions at 2:15pm and he never called back or showed up...that was Friday. It's now Saturday. Hasan still hasn't called back. Ed never returned my voicemails. I did reach another woman who said she would contact her "manager" and call me back...yeah righ. That didn't happen. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company, hands down! Do not use this company!!!
