These guys are the worst shipping company I have seen. It amazes me that a company can stay in business with the kind of service... or lack there of, they provide. I was shipping a vehicle back to FL from WA and was told they would contact me for pickup arrangements. NEVER HAPPENED! I leave messages with no return calls. When someone actually answers the phone, you can barely understand them due to the language barrier and they only tell you what you want to hear. I can't even remember how many times I've been told, "I call you right back", only to never get a return call. I ended up having to drop the car off at "the office" and arranging for a ride back home. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!
