I scheduled my car to be picked up 04/19/2019 after 1400. A very rude driver called 04/18/2019 at 1900 demanding that we bring the car to a truck stop miles away and meet him at 2230. He said we HAD to bring the car or the contract would be voided and we would be charged. This was never part of the contract! When I called the company they said it's up to the driver and owner to schedule the pick up. There are many other car carriers available who will schedule the pick up time and location accurately. I would never meet a driver at 2230 to pick up a car.
