My husband, myself and my kids had to be on the west coast in less than 30 days. A military move brought us to Cali, and we couldn't drive two vehicles and a U-haul so after searching quickly online and talking to a guy named Terry at US Auto transport (they make you feel like its a deal, are professional and understanding…but just wait) it was I believe a Friday that we spoke, one week before Thanksgiving 2019 and told me Paco will come Sunday if not Monday the latest. I said okay sure here is $275 (if I'm wrong, Im sorry but there is a deposit) and the total should be around $745 so less than $1000. Well, I call Paco on Sunday and he tells me his boss (not US auto transport, because they are brokers so STAY AWAY, said no we are not going that route to NC and I said okay that's fine, no worries have a nice holiday) I call back Terry Sunday afternoon and leave a voicemail saying, why did you lie to me etc. I get a call Monday afternoon (after I called another LEGIT transport company and arranged for my husbands sedan to get picked up Monday night!. best people ever by the way Jeremy 888-885-9123, family owned business, owns a few auto transport places) Jeremy and Javier tried to tell me, oh we are having someone come sorry things happen, Pacos truck had a mechanical issue (okay, so why wasn't I alerted? A courtesy call? text? e-mail, but nothing and the ONLY reason why these scammers called me was because I had already agreed for Jeremys driver, Won, to pick up our car and they all share a similar data base so it's across the board whose car is going with who and what day etc)… so Javier called and said oh, btw you owe this much and we said nope, you didn't provide a service… then my husband gets on the phone and these two are going back and forth and Javier ( I guess he's the owner, but he was doing finance when I initially spoke to him on Friday to process the charge, could have been upfront and mention that he was the owner but whatever) hangs up after he told me husband to act like a gentleman and my husband replied with you took the gentleman out when you started lying to us, and CHARGES HIS CREDIT CARD $350. That is right, out of spite this fool, JAVIER, charged my husband $350 after the phone call was disconnected. I have the e-mail to prove it ANYONE is welcome to email me to get this info. Instead of understanding that we NEED TO be somewhere, Javier could have said you know what, Im sorry for the inconvenience, I should have AT LEAST notified you that (insert BS excuse here) and we can try to get out there asap. NO MENTION OF NOTHING. So, avoid these people. Apparently they work with the military all the time in Vegas, well looks like they are going to get put on the shit list as soon as I get in touch with the Air Force base. Btw, they charged me again….. Dec 30, 2019 in the amount of $825.00 and I NEVER USED THEIR SERVICE.
"oh you signed a contract" yep, and you guys are liars and didn't render a service. Over the holidays too? Can you imagine having a family contact you and tell you you have 30 days to move your entire family to the west coast, after you just got back from almost a year of being away from your family, only to be yelled at by some bs business owner that has no morals, because they wouldn't keep you up to date on Paco's truck being broken (insert sarcasm). He thinks he was doing us a favor, I'm sure. I don't know any other business owner that would conduct themselves in that manner. GOOD LUCK!
