This was our first time shipping a vehicle. I submitted an inquiry online and John messaged me to see if it was a good time to call. John was very knowledgeable. He provided me the link so I can check out reviews on various carriers in order to make an informed decision. Once I selected US Auto Transportation and completed the agreement, our car was picked up within 24 hours and delivered on time 2 days later. Great service. We will use this company again if we ship anymore vehicles.
