We had never shipped a car before and the process was a bit overwhelming. We were bombarded with emails, phone calls and texts and chose US Transport because they were open about being a broker, explained the process in great detail and had a very fair price. The company who transported my car was very communicative and prompt in pick-up/delivery. I was very pleased with the process and would use this process again if ever needed.
