I picked this company because they could deliver directly to Newfoundland. Little did I know it would take so long and I would be given so many excuses. They did a poor job explaining to me the process and didn't seem to know where my motorcycle was.

Picking up the bike was no problem but it sat in a terminal in Ohio for 18 days before heading to Canada. Kept getting one excuse after another. They told me that the bike would be delievered on 5-July but it never came. Then they told me 17-July, it never came. Now I was told 23-Jul, and guess what, it didn't come.

They should be ashamed for how they treat their customers and after paying $2000, they should offer me a discount but they don't care. Sorry sir, thank-you for your patience is all I get.

Never would I use these people again.
